About me

As a seasoned Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with a practice rooted in the vibrant communities of Georgia, North Carolina, and Texas, I understand the pivotal role of a trusting therapist-client relationship in fostering healing and growth. My practice, Epistamai—embodying knowledge and understanding—offers a judgment-free zone for high-profile professionals and individuals navigating life's complexities. With a Master of Family Therapy from the COAMFTE-accredited Mercer University School of Medicine, I provide top-tier, holistic therapy services, ensuring your path to wellness is grounded in proven methodologies. I encourage you to take advantage of a complimentary phone consultation to gauge the perfect fit for your therapeutic journey, ensuring a partnership that is both comfortable and transformative.

Since beginning my practice in August 2011, I've dedicated myself to impacting lives positively, guiding over 300 clients each year towards emotional and relational fulfillment with a 94% approval rating. My commitment extends beyond the therapy room as I strive to support the well-being of the entire individual—mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're an executive grappling with the balance of a demanding career and personal life or a couple seeking to rekindle intimacy, my expertise is tailored to meet your unique needs with the utmost discretion and professional excellence.

Treatment Approach

I specialize in marital and family conflict, restoring intimacy, life transitions, and past traumas. A lot of this work is done through a customized blend of these therapeutic modalities: Narrative, Solution-Focused Brief, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT).
